Building Access
The apartment is on the lower ground level of a 3-storey building and it is accessible from a small exterior staircase, no elevator. There are additional steps from the rear parking lot leading to the apartment. One private parking space is included.
The apartment complex faces the sea, the property is enclosed with a lot of trees/shrubs, it features a beautiful green space and patio area for the exclusive use of its residents, and a secured gate opens directly onto the beach...only 20 meters away.
Enjoy the surrounding tavernas and bars/cafes - conveniently, there are tavernas on both sides of the beach area, just steps away, so cooking is not a necessity! A mini market and bakery are also within close walking distance.

Kantia is a small seaside village on the Argolic Gulf, in the Eastern Peloponnese region of Greece.
