Smoking is not permitted in the apartments but guests may smoke on the terrace/balconies

Many locals practice a quiet period of rest in the afternoon, thus we kindly ask guests to respect this between the hours of 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Direct Bookings:
To secure a reservation, we ask for a minimum deposit equal to 25% of the total booking value. The balance is payable in full 7 days before check-in.

Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. If the cancellation is within 5 days before check-in, the deposit of 25% is non-refundable.

Bookings through Airbnb & VRBO
The normal booking and cancellation policies, as outlined on Airbnb's and VRBO's sites, will apply. ​
