Xiropigado - Building Access
The apartment is on the top level of a 2-storey building and it occupies the entire floor (there are only 2 units in the building). It is accessible from a private exterior staircase, no elevator. It is one of only a few new apartments and homes in a small gated community, and is situated in a very convenient location with direct access from the main road.
One private parking space is included, as well as unlimited open parking across the street.
Just a short downhill walk to the beach and surrounding tavernas and cafes. Nearby shops and amenities (grocery, pharmacy, bakery, etc.) are best accessed by car or bike unless you don't mind the longer walk.
The Village
Xiropigado is a small seaside village in the municipality of North Kynouria, in Eastern Arcadia, Greece. It is located 150 km from Athens (approx 2 hours) in the Peloponnese region. It is situated on the west coast of the Argolic Gulf, and due to its advantageous position between mountain and sea, it has an exceptional climate all year round with little to no humidity. It is an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing beach vacation but also a close distance to the historic city of Nafplio.
We hope you will have fun exploring its beaches and coves (some only accessible by water), its delicious tavernas and cafes, churches, local shops, and of course, its people. The closest towns are Kiveri to the north (7 km) and Astros to the south (10 km), and Nafplio is only a short 20-minute drive away.
